The month of December 2020 was a very busy time for TSI. A Small Business Technical Assistance Program (SBTA) contract was awarded to TSI by Prince William County, VA. Through this contract, TSI partnered with George Mason University Small Business Development Center to provide critical, business-enhancing support to area small businesses.
TSI’s role in this CARES Act-funded initiative was to assist eight small businesses with a variety of services including, website design and development, search engine optimization, marketing strategies and materials, Information Technology guidance as well as a Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance assessment.
“Working with the County and GMU to make a positive contribution to the growth of small businesses is just another way TSI can model our Mission: To Serve” says Tim Jackson, Chief Operating Officer of TSI. “The opportunity to serve PWC and all Virginia Counties as they rebound from the pandemic is something we look forward to in 2021.”
