The Virginia Association of Counties produces several publications throughout the year. Three important documents for 2024 are:
- 2025 Legislative Program
- 2025 Legislative Priorities
- 2025 Legislative Summary
The Legislative Program publication is released in November after VACo’s membership adopts the program at the Annual Conference. The legislative program guides VACo staff during the General Assembly session.
The Legislative Priorities publication is released in December and is a quick reference to the main issues that VACo will focus its attention during the upcoming General Assembly session.
The Legislative Summary publication is a comprehensive
recap of the previous General Assembly session.
