VACo is excited to start the 2018 Regional Meetings season. We visited Westmoreland County on May 22 and Dinwiddie County on May 30. We will travel to Albemarle County on June 14 for the Region 5 Meeting. Regional Meetings are held annually to give local elected officials, county administrators, and legislators an opportunity to discuss challenges and offer solutions.

VACo held 7 Regional Meetings covering 9 Regions during our 2017 season. These meetings offered VACo members, legislators, state agency leaders and staff an opportunity to learn from each other.
